Public Tender Aruba Investment Agency (ARINA)

The Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce and Industry of Aruba (DEACI) is looking for creative agencies to develop a new branding for the Aruba Investment Agency (ARINA) and the ‘One Happy Investment Island’ marketing materials. All interested parties are requested to send an email to Zuleika Quant at [email protected] no later than Monday, February 8, in order to receive the ‘Terms of Reference’ (TOR) for these projects.

Please note that DEACI will award the projects to the highest ranked proposal during their evaluation of both the technical and financial proposals made. Agencies need to submit separate quotations for each deliverable, as projects can be individually assigned to different agencies.
