Guidelines regarding the Business Establishment Ordinance

De Minister van Economische Zaken, Communicatie en Duurzame Ontwikkeling deelt hierbij mede, dat de richtlijnen inzake de “Vestigingsverordening Bedrijven”, met ingang van 1 oktober 2022 gewijzigd zijn.

Alle verzoeken ingevolge de “Vestigingsverordening Bedrijven” ontvangen vóór 1 oktober 2022 zullen evenwel volgens de oude richtlijnen geëvalueerd worden.

The Minister of Economic Affairs, Communication and Sustainable Development hereby announces that the Guidelines regarding the “Business Establishment Ordinance” have been changed with effect from October 1^st 2022.

All requests under the “Business Establishment Ordinance” received before October 1^st 2022 will, however, be evaluated according to the old guidelines.
